Sign up for a Gatekeepers account to start creating events and collecting RSVPs. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
Events are the core of Gatekeepers. Each event can include multiple ticket types with different prices and quantities, and event creation tools may evolve as the product improves.
Add your event name, date, time, and location. Upload a cover image to make it stand out.
Create different ticket types like "General Admission" or "VIP". Set prices and available quantities.
Once published, your event gets a unique URL you can share. Guests can purchase tickets immediately.
Every ticket purchase generates a unique QR code that prevents fraud and makes check-in seamless.

Mark guests as checked in by scanning their QR code.
Export your guest list as CSV from the Guests tab. Use it only to contact guests about this event unless they agreed separately to hear more from you.

What happens if I cancel an event?
Canceling notifies guests if you choose to email them. Orders are not refunded automatically. Process refunds yourself from Orders on the Guests tab.
Do guests need an account?
No, guests can purchase tickets without one. They'll receive their tickets via email.
Can I customize email confirmations?
The confirmation layout is standardized. You can add a short message for guests that appears in every ticket confirmation.
