Connect Stripe, set who covers the platform fee, and review how payouts work.
Before you enable paid tickets
- Connect Stripe. You'll be prompted when you enable paid tickets.
- Test checkout. Create a $0 ticket and confirm the email looks right.
- Share timing. If needed, note payout timing in your confirmation email.
Platform fee
A simple, transparent fee is applied per ticket before quantity.
9% of ticket price + $0.99
Applied to every paid ticket
• Discounts don't reduce the platform fee.
• Free RSVP tickets always show a $0 fee.
